OFFICIAL RULES Miami Sunset Giveaway Void outside the 50 United States, District of Columbia and where prohibited. Do not proceed to enter if you are not at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of, and located within, one of the 50 United States, or the District of Columbia, at the time of entry. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is offered by BenefitsMe, LLC and may be promoted by any of BenefitsMe’s online platforms and client partners in various creative executions at any time during the sweepstakes.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Miami Sunset Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 5, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
SPONSOR: BenefitsMe, LLC., 3611 N Ridge Rd., Wichita, KS (“Sponsor”).
ELIGIBILITY: You are eligible to win if you are actively employed by an employer who offers BenefitsMe, at least 21 years of age, and have created an account per the instructions below.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period,
To enter a chance to win, register your account at https://account.benefitsme.com/register. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2026 to be eligible. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: (i) verify any element of any entry, related materials or entrant’s eligibility; (ii) to request additional information; and (iii) to disqualify any entrant whose participation may subject the Sweepstakes, Sponsor or Sponsor’s clients to controversy, negative publicity, scorn, or ridicule.
LIMIT: There is no limit to the number of entries each individual can receive throughout the Sweepstakes Period, however you may only use one (1) email address to enter this Sweepstakes. Each entry form submitted will result in one (1) entry.
WINNER SELECTION/DRAWING: On or about May 8, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period to select one (1) potential winner. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be notified via email and will be required to acknowledge receipt of notification within ten (10) days of date of notification or an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. If such acknowledgement is not returned within the specified time-period, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact potential winner or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.
PRIZE: (1): A three (3) night hotel stay at the Hyatt Centric South Beach Miami (Miami, Florida) : two (2) domestic round-trip flights and two (2) tickets for a Miami sunset cruise. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable U. S. federal, state and local laws and regulations.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The Vacation Voucher is not valid with any other promotion and is exclusively redeemed by our travel supplier.
2. The Vacation Voucher is only redeemable for the travel product(s) described in the giveaway.
3. You must be at least 21 years old to book hotel or resort accommodations.
4. Reservations are based on availability at time of request and blackout dates may apply.
5. Reservations for accommodations must be made at least 30 days prior to your check-in date and travel must be completed by the listed expiration date.
6. A valid government ID is required to check-in at all U.S. hotels and resorts.
7. A major credit card or debit card may be required at check-in for all
accommodations.
8. No credit will be issued for any Vacation Voucher that is not fully used.
9. The Vacation Voucher is not applicable to guest incidental charges.
10. The Vacation Voucher is not redeemable for cash, not replaceable if lost, destroyed, stolen or expired, and is void if altered, photocopied, or reproduced.
11. The Vacation Voucher will not be extended beyond the expiration date.
